International Shipping and Delivery
Order preparation takes 3 days. Delivery takes up to 12 days after dispatch for orders shipped to all destinations currently supported by K Cultures, including the United States and Mexico.
Please allow up to 15 days in total for order preparation and delivery. These periods are stated in calendar days.

Shipping charges and destinations
Our standard international shipping charge is US$12 per order for supported destinations, including the United States, Canada and Brazil. Prices and shipping charges are shown in US dollars. Confirm the delivery address, available shipping method and total at checkout before paying.

Customs and delivery questions
K Cultures bears the import duties and import taxes for orders shipped to our supported destinations; these import charges are not an additional cost for the customer. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay an import charge, please contact us with your order number and the charge notice so we can resolve it. International shipments remain subject to destination-country import restrictions and customs inspection. Customs clearance may affect the delivery estimate.
