Hongsam Jingo (홍삼진고) blends 6-year-old Korean red ginseng extract with Korean honey and traditional herbal concentrates into a soft, spoonable paste. Compared with a pure ginseng extract, the honey and herbs give it a milder, slightly sweet taste, so it is a good choice for people who find straight red ginseng too bitter.

How to enjoy it
